Our town
council has been working on getting some recycling bins installed at our dump
site. They should be here before long, so we can begin to position ourselves to help our environment by separating our garbage and getting the re-usable
materials to the correct bins. Waste has a huge negative impact on the natural
environment. Not only does it waste resources that could be reclaimed and fill
up massive amounts of land, but the chemicals and greenhouse gasses released
from rubbish contribute to pollution.
An added reminder is to observe the rules of our dump site in general so that we don't lose the site!
