Pictures from January Potluck Dinner

Those who attended had a great time at the Welcome 2017 Potluck Dinner held on January 14. There was a lot of conversation and a lot of delicious food. If you're not attending these functions, please do. They are open to everyone who lives in the valley either part time or full time. And as you can see from the pictures, any visiting friends or family members are more than welcome to attend also. It's a great way to get to know your neighbors! The next activity will be the Sweets for the Sweet Valentine Dessert bar on February 11. Please come and bring your favorite Valentine dessert to share and be prepared to have a good time!

Nature has been busy creating sculptures from our fences and trees and houses--so much more beautiful than humans can accomplish.

Pine Valley goes Christmas Carolling!

About thirty people joined together on Friday night to go carolling around the valley. It was a chilly 20 degrees with a good sharp wind so we all had to get cozy, but we had a lot of fun. After carolling we enjoyed hot chocolate and pastries at the fire station to warm us up. Thanks Tom for arranging for our "sleigh" and setting it all up so that we were safe and thanks Cathy and all of the activity committee for planning another fun event. It was a great addition to the Christmas season!
