WE NEED YOUR CERT SURVEY!

CERT is an community organization with the goal of keeping our residents and their property safe. In order to accomplish this, we need your help. If you have not filled out the CERT survey, or if your information is not current, please contact your block captain or the CERT director to get a copy. You can click on the CERT tab above to find out who those people are and how to contact them. YOUR INFORMATION IS KEPT COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL; only the CERT director and his assistant have access.  Click here to print survey  The link will take you to a page where you see the two sheets, click on one, then click the print icon at the top of the page; repeat for the second. You can also ask your block captains for a copy of the survey.
